Arenas Europe is once again supporting the European Week of Sport #BeActive campaign, the European Commission initiative encouraging people across Europe to be more active and embrace healthier lifestyles. This year’s campaign runs from 23–30 September, marking its 12th year.
Arenas Europe will mobilise its member network to champion #BeActive across venues, teams and digital channels. Previous activity has ranged from staff yoga, volleyball and badminton sessions to prominent in-venue and digital #BeActive messaging.
In 2025, member activity generated more than 445,000 social media views, demonstrating the reach arenas can bring to the campaign.
This September, we are calling on every Arenas Europe member to get involved. Organise an activity, activate #BeActive across your venue and channels, and show how arenas can inspire healthier, more active communities across Europe.
